I am Heather Peattie - a Reiki Master, intuitive energy healer, and spiritual guide devoted to helping women heal, awaken, and reconnect with their Divine Feminine power.
My Healing Journey
Over 15 years ago, I faced anxiety, panic attacks, and recreational drug addiction. Living in London for seven years, I was on a self-destructive path, disconnected from my own power and purpose. Reiki became the light guiding me home. Through attunements and energy work, I raised my vibration, uncovered the root causes of my anxiety, and released the trapped energy that kept me living in fear. I have now been anxiety-free for over 15 years, and I know Reiki played a pivotal role in restoring balance, clarity, and spiritual alignment in my life.
Relationship Healing & Divine Partnership
I met my soulmate and husband, Scott, in the year 2000 and together, we’ve spent 24 years exploring the true meaning of love - facing our shadows, growing through compassion, and creating a relationship rooted in balance, respect, and spiritual awareness.
Through our journey, I’ve learned to honour both my masculine and feminine energies, allowing love to flow from a place of wholeness. This wisdom now shapes how I guide women to give and receive love with ease, honour their boundaries, and speak their authentic truth.
I support women in cultivating self-love, self-respect, and open-hearted communication - helping them build relationships that feel safe, equal, and deeply aligned with their soul’s essence.
Parenting & Life Lessons
Parenting has been one of my greatest teachers. I have three beautiful children and have also experienced three miscarriages, which gives me profound empathy for women navigating motherhood, loss, and transformation. Parenthood has taught me resilience, surrender, and that love is the most important element in life. I was blessed to be a stay-at-home mum after leaving a corporate career, embracing the healing path while my children were young. I trained in holistic therapies at evening school and began my Reiki journey while pregnant with my daughter, Saffron.
One pivotal night during Saffron’s infancy, I experienced my Dark Night of the Soul - releasing years of buried emotion, fear, and anxiety. Reiki guided this release, and from that moment, I stepped fully into a life free of anxiety. This experience continues to inform how I hold sacred, transformative space for my clients.
Living Intuitively & Guided by Spirit
Today, I am deeply guided by my spirit guides and intuition, which shapes every aspect of my life and healing practice. I am trained in Oracle Card Guidance, and my intuitive gifts flow naturally through all my Reiki sessions, Divine Feminine journeys, retreats, and mentoring. Clients often describe these experiences as safe, uplifting, and profoundly transformative, reconnecting them with their inner wisdom and higher guidance.
I am also writing my first book, The Wounded Feminine: Reclaim Your Divine Power, Self-Worth, and Inner Balance, divinely guided to support women worldwide in healing emotional wounds and awakening their authentic feminine essence.
My Purpose
Through Reiki, holistic healing, Divine Feminine journeys, retreats, and mentoring in Portsmouth, I help women awaken their intuition, release emotional blocks, and reconnect with confidence, self-worth, and inner radiance. My purpose is simple: to help women remember they are not broken - they are coming home to themselves.
